We are closed on Sundays, and our photographers are off resting too!
But, we still try to accommodate Sunday booking requests depending on if a photographer is available and willing to work on their day off.
Kindly note that these bookings are subject to a $50 surcharge.
Please reach out to us directly over email or phone to request a Sunday booking.
Payments are made at the time of order. As all appointments are first come first serve we have to make sure booked appointments are being served properly.
We can accommodate most shoots with 1 business day’s notice. Bookings made after 7 PM will be processed the next business day.
Most services are ready the next business day, but some can take a little extra time to complete. Exact turnaround times:
|Photos and Branded and MLS Virtual Tour Links:||Next business day by 4:00 PM (Friday shoots delivered Saturday)|
|Matterport 3D:||Same business day by 9:00 PM (Friday shoots delivered Saturday)|
|Floor Plans:||Within two business days (uploaded onto your virtual tour page automatically)|
|Aerial Photo and Video:||Within two business days (uploaded onto your virtual tour page automatically)|
|Video Walkthrough:||Within two business days (uploaded onto your virtual tour page automatically)|
|Intro Videos:||Next business day by 5:00PM (Friday shoots delivered Monday)|
|InstaVids:||Within one business day after the photos are delivered to you|
|Virtual Staging:||Within three business days after you let us know which photos need to be staged (uploaded onto your virtual tour page automatically)|
|Feature Sheet Proofs:||Proofs may take up to 24 hours from receipt of all photos, text and layout selection.|
|Feature Sheet Delivery (if proofs given approval of proof by 2PM):||Your order will be printed and shipped out (or ready for pickup) within 24 hours after approval of the proof. (Shipping times vary)|
Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather. However, we do offer complimentary sky replacements for those cloudy, overcast days.
On a stormy day, we re-schedule your appointment to the next available date.
