What is your turn-around time?
Most services are ready the next business day, but some can take a little extra time to complete.
- Photos are ready the next business day by 4:00 P.M
- Videos are ready up to 48 hours after the appointment date,
- Matterports are ready the same day
- Floor Pans are ready in 48 hours
- Drone Photos are ready the next business day by 4:00 P.M
- Drone Videos are up to 48 hours after the appointment date
- iGuide 360 Tour is ready the next day by 4:00 P.M Monday to Friday
Turn around are based on business days of Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday Appointments will consider a Monday appointments.
Do you offer Sunday appointment?
Sundays are the only day that our team gets to be with their families and recharge for another busy week, however we. do take on Sunday appointments as per request and availability, however, there is a $50 surchage per session.
Do you provide Rush Service?
Technically we do not provide any rush editing service as we like to be able to provide our clients with the best quality of edit possible, however on rare occasions, we accept rush editing for a reasonable time frame. Fees vary depending on the order.
Can we place an order and pay later?
As much as we love to build trust with you, our system is set up in a way that no appointment could get confirmed unless it’s fully paid at the time of order, but rest assured that our quality of work is guaranteed.
